BBO has extensive experience in preparing land use and subdivision consent applications, including applications for large infrastructure projects. We have a wide range of experience with projects of various types and scales, and are familiar and experienced in dealing with the planning documents and processes for a range of Councils.
We also work on public policy development for Councils and private clients, consultation on large and complex projects, and processing and reporting on land use and subdivision applications for Councils across the Waikato and Central North Island region.
Our planning staff are widely recognized and have excellent contacts within a range of organizations and professional disciplines. BBO currently have six planning staff, all of whom are professional members of the New Zealand Planning Institute.
