BBO (Bloxam Burnett & Olliver Ltd) is a New Zealand based, multi-disciplinary team of professional engineering and planning consultants. Building better outcomes is what we do. Despite its size, BBO has built a strong reputation by successfully competing with major national and international consultants for commissions. BBO has offices in Waikato and Bay of Plenty, and provides consulting services in engineering (infrastructure, construction monitoring, structures, water resources, traffic and transportation), planning, and land development.


Owned and managed by key staff who play a significant role in the continued success of project delivery, BBO has a tight-knit and loyal team of highly skilled and qualified staff who take real pride in their fields of expertise.
